WW2 Italian Youth Marine GIL Patch
Offered here is a very nice Italian Fascist GIL (youth) naval patch. The kids of the GIL who wore these were attached to the navy with the hopes that they would eventually join the Italian navy once they were of age. These patches would have been worn on the jacket. Very nice Italian bullion work. This one is unissued, and as you can see there is some white thread on the bottom of the patch because it was never detached from the original roll. Very nice condition and a patch not often seen!
