Offered for sale is a lovely Italian Fascist M32 dagger. This dagger is the very rare experimental model M32 issued to NCO’s and Petty Officers of the San Marco Marines. The scabbard on these is what denoted it was issued to the marines. Others have been found with the normal model 32 scabbard. What makes these daggers a bit different is the brushed fascio. It’s unsure why this design, but ultimately the model 1932 dagger was adopted as the official dagger of the MVSN/PNF. Leaving this dagger as a rare experimental version. This was purchased from the estate of a WW2 veteran who served in the Italian campaign.
