Offered here is a very interesting WW2 German podium banner that was captured by US soldiers. I count 16 signatures of US soldiers who signed their name on this captured flag, making it the perfect war souvenir for their triumphant return home. The flag itself has that perfect battle-worn look. There is some stitching missing around the roundel, about an inch or so, as well as a few tiny rips and tears. This flag measures 74x29.5”. Overall the flag is very nice and will make for an excellent display featuring the signatures of the US veterans!
