Offered here is a very fine example of a WW2 German black Wound Badge. These badges were issued to German soldiers who recieved wounds while in the armed service. As you can see some of the paint has been rubbed off on this badge, and some of the brass base material is exposed. Overall in decent shape, and would look good pinned to a uniform!
