WW1 US Victory Medal 1st Division “Big Red One”
Offered here is a very interesting and unique US WWI victory medal. This medal was stamped with “K” as well as “1 DIV” on the obverse. “1 DIV” standing for the 1st Infantry regiment, known as the “Big Red One”, the “K” I believe is the unit that the soldier who was awarded this medal served in. Overall the medal is in nice shape, with the original ribbon. Displays very nicely, and is perfect for the WW1 1st Division collector!
