WW2 German Reichsbahn Bakelite Railroad Lantern
Offered here is a very nice Reichsbahn (railroad) Bakelite/Carbide lantern. These lanterns were intended to just be used by the railway forces, however we know from extensive army regulations that these lanterns were well used by the Wehrmacht. This lantern is missing one of the pieces of glass on the side, other than that I can see no other damage. It is exceedingly rare to find examples of these lanterns with the original aluminum hook still present. This lantern is the perfect piece to highlight any Reichsbahn collection!
